The technician views the footage on a laptop computer, tablet, or smartphone. The video camera is also recording the footage for future use. For example, the technician can compare last year’s footage to the new inspection in order to keep track of any small or minor issues. If the technician discovers any major problems, they can be fixed right away if need be.
