The question of the day is do you need hydro jetting services? The answer is a loud and proud yes. So, why do you need hydro jetting services? First and foremost it’s the most effective way to remove the blocks and clogs that form inside of your sewer pipes. Although many property owners rely on plunging the toilet when it won’t flush, and pouring a liquid declogging agent down the drain when the sink, shower or tub won’t drain, they’re both basically a waste of money. Plunging only takes care of the issue on a temporary basis.

When a toilet doesn’t have enough pressure to flush, it typically means there is a bigger problem lurking with the sewer pipeline. When water won’t drain out of a sink, shower, or tub, it can mean that the problem is beyond the drain itself. The fastest and most cost effective way to remove blocks and clogs in the drain is with hydro jetting. So, what exactly is hydro jetting and how does it work. In essence, the process involves spraying highly pressurized water inside the pipes in order to remove any blocks or clogs within the sewer pipeline.

A highly trained and experienced technician will insert a flexible hose with a specially designed hydro jetting nozzle on the end into the sewer line through a previously established access point. The access point is typically a  drain cleanout. As the technician feeds the hose through the system, the nozzle sprays the inside of the sewer pipes. In essence, the highly pressurized water scours and scrubs the inside of the sewer pipeline. It also effectively removes anything that is blocking the pipe. There are many things that can block the sewer pipeline.

For example, people flush things down the toilet that they’re not supposed to all the time such as feminine products. Children tend to flush small toys down the toilet. Even the trees outside can cause blocks in the sewer pipeline. Tiny roots can enter the pipe that’s buried underground through microscopic holes. The solid waste, waste materials, and wastewater that travels through the pipes both fertilize and water the tiny root. It doesn’t take long for those roots to grow to the point that they block the pipeline.

In addition to removing blocks and clogs, you need hydro jetting services in order to keep the sewer pipes clean and in good working order at all times. When you schedule our pipe jetting services on a regular basis, at least once or twice per year, it will eliminate the buildup of materials inside of the pipes that cause blocks and clogs.
