If you own or manage a commercial property than you know exactly how frustrating it can be when the pluming drains and plumbing pipes are clogged. This holds especially true if you are receiving complaints from your tenants on a regular basis. It comes to a point where you need to ask yourself if it’s worth your time and effort to continue to temporarily fix the problem, or have it fixed on a more permanent basis. For example, when you pour a liquid de-clogging agent down the drain it only removes a small portion of the clog.

Even if the water starts to drain, it doesn’t take long for the sinks to become clogged again. The same holds true when you snake the drain. In essence, it will poke a hole through the clog, but that hole will fill up again rather quickly. On the other hand, our hydro jetting services permanently removes the clog. If you haven’t heard of the hydro jetting method, now is the time to learn a bit about it. Hydro jetting utilizes highly pressurized water that is sprayed through a nozzle to effectively remove clogs within the plumbing and sewer pipes.

An experienced technician will insert the nozzle into the plumbing system through a pre-established access point. The technician will set the water pressure based on the age of the pipes and severity of the clog. This is an incredibly important and delicate part of the process. If the water pressure is too high it will damage the pipes. If the water pressure is set too low it will not effectively clean the pipes. As the nozzle is fed through the system it scours the inside of the plumbing pipes. The scouring action removes any and all debris that is clogging the pipes.

In essence, the highly pressurized water breaks up the clog in tiny pieces. The highly pressurized water also removes any materials that are building up or clinging to the interior of the pipe walls. The water and debris is pushed through the plumbing system until it exits the building and enters into the main sewer line where it is disposed of.  Although the hydro jetting process may sound expensive, it is both affordable and cost effective. In fact, our hydro jetting services will save you money in the long run.

It is also highly suggested that you incorporate hydro jetting as part of your regular property maintenance schedule. For example, if you utilize our hydro jetting services once per year, clogs will not have time to form within the plumbing pipes. The good news is that hydro jetting may be a lot less expensive than you think.
