If you own or manage a commercial or industrial building than you know exactly how frustrating it can be when there is a clog in the water pipes or the sewer pipes. You may be spending a lot of money on liquid drain cleaner in the hopes that it will do the trick and the problems will simply go away. However, you are literally pouring your money down the drain. It only slightly eats away at the blockage to the point where water and or raw sewage will start flowing through the blockage.

In essence, pipe jetting utilizes highly pressurized water to literally spray away clogs and build up that forms in water pipes and sewer pipes. Pipe jetting works in the following manner. A specially designed pipe-jetting nozzle is inserted into the sewer line from a pre-established access point. The nozzle is attached to a flexible hose. The nozzle and hose are fed through the interior of the pipes.
As they are being fed throughout the interior of the pipes the highly pressurized water is removing any small and large blocks. The highly pressurized water is also scrubbing the interior walls of the pipes in order to remove any buildup. If left untreated, the buildup will eventually grow to the point that it becomes a clog. The nozzle also flushes the debris through the pipes until it exits the property and goes into the main sewer line or septic system. That way, the debris cannot clog any other areas of the pipes. If the pipes become too blocked it can cause a lot of damage.
That is why it is a good idea to schedule pipe-jetting services with a reputable company on a regular basis. By regular basis we are referring to once or twice per year.
