Do you own real estate or manage property? If you answered yes to this question than you have most likely experienced clogged drains. Don’t worry; our hydro jetting services can save the day.  If a toilet is clogged the first thing that most people do is attempt to plunge it with a plunger. Sometimes that does the trick. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. If the plunging works you simply go about your business until it happens again. So what’s the next step? Most people call the plumber if plunging doesn’t work or the toilet keeps clogging up.

Most plumbers will snake the drain, meaning they send long snake like tool down the drain to punch a hole in the clog. Snaking the drain often works, however the problem is that it only punches a hole in the clog. That means raw sewage and wastewater can flow through the clog, but the clog is still in the sewer line. It doesn’t take long for the clog to fill back in. When that happens the toilet will clog again. If your sinks and or bathtubs/showers won’t drain there it is a telltale sign that there is a clog in the sewer line. Don’t worry; our hydro jetting services can save the day.

So what do most people do when this happens? They pour a liquid de-clogging agent down the drain in the hopes that it will take care of the issue. Liquid de-clogging agents work in a similar way as snaking the toilet does. In essence, the liquid de-clogging agent will begin to eat away at the clog. It may eat away at the clog enough that waste water passes through, but once again the clog will soon fill back up to the point that your sinks and or tubs/showers will not drain or will not drain properly. So what do you do at this point?

If you’re like most people you will go out and buy another bottle or two of a liquid de-clogging agent and pour it down the drain. Even if the liquid de-clogging agent works, it’s only on a temporary basis. In essence, buying a liquid de-clogging agent and pouring it down the drain is like pouring money down the drain.
