Are you having any issues within your sewer pipes? If so, our sewer video inspection service will spot the problem. That way you don’t need to guess what is going on within your sewer pipes. So, how does it work? First and foremost, we will send an experienced sewer video inspection service technician to your property at the time of your schedule appointment. He or she will start the process by inserting a tiny HD camera into your sewer pipes through a pre-established access point such as a drain cleanout. The camera is attached to a flexible cable.

The technician will then feed the cable through the sewer pipes. As the flexible cable and HD camera travel through the sewer pipes the camera is accomplishing two (2) things. First it is broadcasting the footage back to the technician in real time. The technician will view the footage on a laptop computer, tablet, or smartphone. The sewer inspection service is such high quality that the technician can see the exact condition of the sewer pipes. That includes any blocks or clogs within the sewer pipes.

It also includes any other issues that the sewer pipes may be suffering from such as breaks in the line, and cracks. The technician is able to see even the smallest problems. The second thing that the camera does is pinpoint the exact location of any blocks, clogs, breaks, or cracks in the sewer pipes. That enables the repair people to know the exact location of the repair before they even start the work. In the not too distant past, it took quite a bit of demolition and excavation in order to find the exact location of the issues within the sewer pipes.

In essence, repairs took a lot longer, and cost a lot more money. In addition, the demolition and excavation needed to be repaired as well. Thanks to video technology the camera now does a lot of the work. The video inspection service camera also records the footage. That way you will have the information handy whenever you need it. The good news is that in many cases the sewer video inspection service discovers minor issues that do not need to be dealt with on an immediate basis. The recorded footage can be used as a base point for future sewer video service inspections.

For example, if you have another inspection conducted a year down the road the technician will have something to compare it to. If the issue is getting worse they may recommend that you have it fixed at that time. However, if the issue has not gotten any worse a year later, the technician will most likely suggest scheduling another sewer video service inspection and comparing again at that time.
